Zifi Cv 200 Side Effects

My sister has gone through typoplasty of ear 1 month back. Some infection occured after ear surgery and Doctor has priscribed her Zifi 200 for 10 days and other antibiotics.After 10 days he has asked to take ZIFI CV 200 for more 10 days
Please tell the side effect of ZIFI CV 200.Can these antibiotics be taken for such a long period?

Hello, my dad recently had a small boil in one of his underarms. Nw the boil has ruptured & has certain infectious redness. My family doctor has advised to take Zifi - cv 200mg td for 5 days. should we take it? Is there any specific side effects in this medicine? ?

I had zifi cv 200 as doctor advice me but know from last 45days I am suffering from tinnitus.I had taken tinnex for 30 days but got no cure and know I am eating-Ginko biloba,Trintal 400,cinnarizine IP tablet from last 10 days.Is there is any cure for tinnitus?
