Zifi 50 Syrup

My daughter is 5 months old and is having loose motions since last 7 days. She took enteromine, maxtra and zirol but no improvement was there. Doctor has now asked her to take 2ML of Zifi 50 syrup in the morning and evening for 3 days. Is this safe for her?

Yes. As per our doctor, we gave her 2ML of Zifi 50 twice a day for 3 days. The motions got reduced from 8 times to 4 times the second day and to 3 times the 3 day. The first day there was not any improvement.

Today is the 4th day and the course for anitibiotics is over. Let's see what improvement we have today.

If ur child having loose motoion so please give him\her a WHO juice or (Punarjal sachet) which will keep the level of water proper in the body & in medicine u can take Syp Vizylac and continue with Zifi 50

zifi 50 is really very effective medicine.
My one year daughter usually suffer from infection once or twice in a month.

My son (1 Year) had high fever, doctor told to give Zifi - 100mg(2.5 ml) , maxtra(1 ml) along with crocin -240 mg(2.5 ml). Today i see some red rashes on his palm. Looking like hand and foot disease. SO started to give Fexy - 30mg(2.5 ml) along with zifi and maxtra. Please advise if the dosage and medecine is ok to proceed. Thanks.
