Zifi 200 Tablet Maximum Daily Dosage

What is the maximum dosage of Zifi that can be taken in a single day?

My 3 year old has been frequently suffering from cold related problems. Generally, doctors prescribe Zifi (Cefixime) 100 twice a day and an anti-allergy syrup like Cetirizine. Please suggest how I can prevent this frequent reoccurrence of symptoms?
