Zifi 100 Dry Syrup For Loose Motions

Hi my daughter is 4 months old. Since last 10days she is having loose motions. We've done stool test 5days back & prescribed by a doctor for Zifi100 Dry Syrup. Since last 4days we've fed her with milk food and medicine (Zifi100) as advised by doctor howevr no improvement is observed. Today when i checked Zifi100 on web i realised that it is best remedies for few other disease but not for gastrointestinal infections. Doctor has advised Norflox100 DT as an alternative now, but when i searched this on internet i found that it is not recommended safe for infants. ..the comments on stool test report says she's NUMEROUS INCLUMPS IN MUCUS....Please advise best medicines.

hi, my 2.3 years old baby is suffering from loose motion from last month.on 22 feb he get high fever ,next day he start 2-3 loose motion the doc suggest offlox and ibuggesic plus and in high fever meftol p.in between his loose motion increased and he stars wommiting and then we gave him Dia-sure and entrogerminia and emeset for wommit..his fever was not gonne it comes in every 6-7 hours.after 8 days his fever cumes on 100 but on 9th it again increased to 102-3.and loose motin did'nt stoped.we change the doc and this time he suggest us Augment dds and power gyl.because my babies all blood routine test were normal but he has infection in stool test. we give him 2-2 bottles of both as doc told us after 6-7 days his fever gone and then loose motion.now after 10 days when i feel relax he again starts loose motion his stool test showing pus cells 15-20 and epthical cells increased now doc suggest us zifi 100 syrup.but i could'nt understand what is going on with my baby after so much anti biotics he is infected frequently,is his treatment is going correct or nor.i m giving him fully hygine atmosphere.please advice me.
