Zifi 100

my daughter 2yrs 11 months was diagnosed with TYPHOID and the doctor is prescribing me this ZIFI 100, is this a cure or just treatment for the moment?

Typhoid fever is treated with antibiotics; Zifi 100 (cefixime) being one of them.

I don't know if it is a "cure" per say, as I've read a review from another user stating that he was given Ampicillin and that seemed to clear it up well; but also noted that it came back 15 years later.

Now I'm sure other attributes or lifestyle choices contributed to it coming back, but this is just one person's review out of many. You may get a more personalized answer from her doctor if you haven't asked already?

From my perspective, since it caused by a bacteria, it's really just a matter of killing the bacteria the first time around with powerful antibiotics; because if it is not killed off, it will become tolerant to many forms of antibiotics and will be harder to kill in the long run (this may be the case in the example above). I would also suggest looking into natural remedies like essential oils to help combat the bacteria without the side effects that come with prescription drugs.
