I read that pomegranate juice is very good for atheroschlerosis. I also take Zetia and don't know if they can be taken together. I have read that Zetia does interact with Statins much like grapefruit juice. Does anytone know if it interacts with Pomegranate juice?

I haven't been able to find any information stating that pomegranate juice interacts with any medications, but it is always best to double check, your doctor, or pharmacist may have more recent information than I am privy to, at this time.
The FDA does warn that Zetia may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, stomach pain, diarrhea, and joint/muscle aches.
Are you on any other medications?
