Zerodol Sp Side Effects

My wife (58)was having fever 101.5.degree F.I have given Zerodol sp.Fever came down and became normal. last night ,I was not having any other medicine other than Zerodol.sp for 24 hours no fever. now She is complaining of stomach ache.What should I do.? and slowly fever is coming now.
