Zerodol P Side Effects

Took a Zerodol tablet for toothache and i am unable to stand up straight as i'm having severe pains in my vagina going into my stomach. I took one tablet this morning at 6:00 a.m. Could i have taken this one a little too early?

I am prescribed ZERODOL tablets along wirh PARIT (Raberprazole tablets). Is the tablet is to nullify the side effects of the first one?
