Zenoxa Od 300 Causing Rashes

My father has been taking Zenoxa OD 300 for 8-9 days and now there are some rashes on his leg. Is this a side effect of the drug?

I am a male of 33 years, advised by my Dr to take Zenoxa OD (300 mg) once in a small dose at night to reduce weight. Does it actually help?
