Zenflox 200 Mg Is Correct As Medication ?

I am having fissure (related to piles / haemeroid). i have been recommended to use : Zenflox 200 mg and Nizer P (500 mg ) to control inflation and infection when I get pain and it continues due to inflation and infection.

Will that be of any help as I am still confused over the use of Zenflox 200
