Zanidip contains the active ingredient Lercanidipine, this is a calcium channel blocker used to treat hypertension and cardiovascular diseases.

That said, yes, they do commonly cause blurred vision, as well as headache, nausea and joint/muscle aches.

Have you spoken to your doctor, yet, about this issue?
