No, they would not have the same markings and look the same, if they are different medications.
A round, orange tablet with a stylized R on one side and 029 above a score line on the other is manufactured by Actavis and they list it as containing 0.5mgs of Alprazolam, the active ingredient in Xanax.
The FDA classifies this medication as a benzodiazepine, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
If you have another prescription that contains the exact same pills, then a mix up has occurred. Which OAB medication is it supposed to be?
