What is a round yellow tablet scored on one side with only "COR 142" on it? The bottle says hydrodo/apap5-500mg tab mallinckro; a generic for vicodin 5-500mg tab.

I cannot post a picture due to copyright reasons, I can, however, tell you that these are most definitely NOT in the correct bottle! These do NOT contain Hydrocodone, nor any type of narcotic.
COR 142 tablets contain 5mgs of Glyburide and 500mgs of Metformin, this is a generic for Glucovance, a combination antidiabetic drug used to help lower and control blood pressure.
Some common side effects can include: nausea, diarrhea and headache.
