I'm wondering the same thing.
when i searched other sites i found another pill with tv on one side, it contained smalls amounts of tramadol. when i researched that it mentioned something about opioid-antaginists (opioid blocker).
So what i am wondering is maybe, if it is a dilaudid 4, possibly its a new brand containing an opiod blocker. therefore swallowing will prevent pain, but sniffing/banging will make u sick by binding up the receptors...
do not quote me on this, still researching. let me know if u find anymore info on this, or decide to try it...
