Yellow Round M 15 Pill

Can someone please help me find out what it is? I found it in my son's room and he is 16. Please help.

Hello Katelyn,

I was able to find a pill that seems like it fits your description. Atropine Sulfate + Diphenoxylate Hydrochloride oral tablets are round off white pills with an M 15 imprint.

Here is some additional information I found on this medication. (NDC 67544-021)

M 15 round white pill

Active Ingredients:
- Atropine Sulfate (.025 mg)
- Diphenoxylate Hydrochloride (2.5 mg)

Inactive Ingredients:
- Silicon Dioxide
- Cellulose, Microcrystalline
- Starch, Corn
- Stearic Acid

Labeler:
Aphena Pharma Solutions - Tennessee, LLC

Size
6mm
