Yellow / oval / and the imprint is either C 8 or C B , and nothing on the other side, is this Tramadol ?

Yes, this tablet contains 325ms of Acetaminophen and 37.5mgs of Tramadol, it is an analgesic.

This is a opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
