I have a yellow oblong pill with a v on one side and 3601 on the other. I know they are supposed to be hydrocodone 10/325. The problem is, they seem very powdery and also have a strange numbing feeling on my tongue. How can I tell if they are real? If I hold it with the v oriented right side up, should the 3601 also be facing up on the other side?

I have a yellow pill with an upside down V 3601. Why is the V facing a different direction on some of the yellow pills? Does this mean they're not real?
