Yellow Oblong Pill I33

I have a few Yellow oblong pills with i33 on one side an M on the other, can you please advise what this may be?

This tablet is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 12.5mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide and 100mgs of Irebesartan, it is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, increased urination and dehydration.
