I have a puppy weighing 2.5 pounds and was given a triwormer that they say is Drontal. It looks like a heart shape that was scored in half but has an "R" imprinted, pale yellow in color.

Hello Cindy,
I did just a bit of research on the pill you described and I found a Drontal pill that is a freeform bone shapped pill with a score in the middle. I can see how the bone shape looks like two hearts, is that what you're describing or is it a heart shape with a score down the middle of the heart? Here is some addition info I sourced from the NIH.
