Yellow Discharge And Canesten Tablets

I had yellow vaginal discharges that started 5 days ago. On the 4th day i took a canesten tablet at night before i went to bed. Then I noticed that the same pieces of the tablet came out; at first it was just a tiny white thing, then after an hour i checked it again and it's like all of the tablet came out. It was soft though like it had been dissolved. What should i do? Do i need to buy a new one and repeat it?
