From what I could gather, a yellow square pill imprinted BD 50 is a 50 mg stanozolol (Stanabol), an anabolic steriod.
I was able to find photos for verification by running a search on google images for "stanabol"
Apparently it's manufactured by British Dragon, but people have questioned whether or not it was real. If it is real, it should have a very bitter taste that is hard to get out of your mouth no matter what you eat or drink... at least from what others have mentioned.
