i think this is lisinopril - hctz 20-12.5 mg tab but just wanted to verify.

CVS Pharmacy will not carry this one anymore and wants to give us a substitute. If you are doing well on a generic why change? Should we find another pharmacy that does carry this one and if so what pharmacy?

That is correct, it contains 20mgs of Lisinopril and 12.5mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and dehydration.
