Without any actual imprint, it is going to be difficult to determine what it contains.
I can't be certain, but not too long ago, my pharmacist had given me several samples of the store brand 150mg Ranitidine that met this description.
It's an antacid that's used to treat or prevent conditions such as ulcers, GERD and heartburn and is available over the counter.
