The only pill I've found that somewhat matches your description is Anacin (400 mg) of Aspirin+ (32 mg) of caffeine. It is a white round pill with a thick arrow (sometimes referred to as a Christmas tree) imprint on both sides. How big is the arrow logo on your pill?
