Yellow Pill M V4

I have light yellow pills with the letters/number M over V4. Unfortunatley my dog chewed the label off the bottle and I have no idea what it is. Can anyone help.

- D&C Yellow No. 10
- Lactose Monohydrate
- Magnesium Stearate
- Cellulose, Microcrystalline
- Povidone
- Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
- Sodium Starch Glycolate Type a Potato

Side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, and headache.

Some human medications can be dangerous for pets, so it would be best to make sure you keep all medications out of reach in the future. There are dogs that can quite easily chew through a pill container.
