Where did you find it?
If there are no markings, then it is most likely an over the counter product, since all manufactured prescription medications in the U.S. are required to have imprints to enable their identification in case of an emergency.
However, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.
But, the reason I'm asking where you found it is because some products are regional, so the general location may help to narrow it down.
