Yellow Egg Shape Pill Please Help

All that's imprinted is 20 on one side

The two closest matches I could find were yellow egg-shaped pills marked with either "P 20" or "C 20", but not just the number "20" in and of itself.

For this reason, I am guessing that it might be an illegitimate (counterfeit) erectile dysfunction medication. The egg shaped "20" tablet is most identical to 20mg Cialis (tadalafil).

You can see a photo of the pill in question by running a search on google images for "yellow pill C 20".
