Yellow Capsule Apo 300

A friend gave me some yellow capsules that say APO 300 and said they were for pain control.
I won't take them but want to know just what she had offered me.

Do you happen to know if they are from the U.S. or Canada?

Apotex makes many products in both countries, but so far, in the U.S. databases, I am not finding anything that matches this description.

Does anyone else know what this is?
