Yellow Capsual Inside A Clear Plastic Cover What Is It

I found yellow pills in capsule form, they are in a hard plastic cover also in capsule form, there is foreign letters on them. what are they?

Can you please post back and tell me the approximate size?

And what language do the foreign letters look like?
