The imprint "par 035" is identified as Meclizine hydrochloride (25 mg).
Meclizine is effective in inhibiting the symptoms of motion sickness, such as nausea, vomiting, and dizziness. But I see nothing about this drug being used to manage inflammation or pain. It belongs to the drug class of anticholinergic antiemetics, and not pain relievers.
I do find it odd that he or she would prescribe something for motion sickness when you have back pain. I can only wonder if someone else's prescription got mixed up with yours. Have you brought this up with your doctor yet?
