This tablet is manufactured by by Ascend Laboratories and they list it as containing 400mgs of Quetiapine, which is a generic for Seroquel.

This is an atypical antipsychotic that can be used to treat various mental health issues. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings and weight gain.
