I started taking these pills 3 wks ago and I don't exercise bcs I don't have anytime with two active boys but I have lost 10lbs and with no side effects and I take them first thing in the morning with a glass of water.

Its so easy!! I take it in the morning,30 minutes BEFORE breakfast! By the time its time to eat, you wont even fell hungry just very thirsty! Please remember to only take 1 pill a day! Alot of people say u need to exercise but to be honest with u , im a single mom of 3 kids and i dont have time. You will see results whether u exercise or not!! PLS keep me updated and good luck! : )

I live in yuma arizona!! I get these pills in ALGODONES for $17.00. 100pills and 15mg. I just had my daughter 2 months ago and with these pills i dropped 22lbs in 1 and a half month!

I HAVE BEEN TAKING THIS PILL FOR ABOUT 5 MTHS. I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 21LBS. I DONT EXERCISE AND I HAVE BEEN EATING THE SAME FOOD. THIS PILLS HAS CONTROLLED MY CRAVINGS. I LOVE IT. I BOUGHT IT IN T.J AT A PHARMACY CALLED FAR+CIA, CLOSE TO THE BORDER.

THEY ARE NOT ILLEGAL BECAUSE THE PILLS ARENT BARBITIOUS...( they dont contain any controlled substances) I bought Adelseril Sibutramina 15mg in Progreso Mexico for $30.00, I was told that its best to take them in the morning with breakfast. Ive notice that i get massive headaches and really bad mood swings, especially when i dont eat. everyone is not the same so i guess the side effects may vary. on my behalf other then those two side effects im getting everything is great!!!

I've been taking Sibutramina for about 3 weeks, and I'm very glad to say i lost 4pds the first week i was on them, so far ive lost a total of 9pds, I dont exercise and all ive changed about my daily life is a decrease in my daily food intake. If i dont eat i start getting massive hedaches... LUCKY ME I LIVE RIGHT BY THE BORDER!!!

I JUST STARTED TAKING YEDUC 15MG YESTERDAY, I BOUGHT THEM IN MEXICALI, B.C. I WAS ADVISED THAT IT'S BEST TO TAKE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING WITH A GLASS OF ORANGE JUICE! SO FAR SO GOOD NO CRAVINGS WHAT SO EVER AND I'VE ALREADY LOST 3 LBS!
