Hi well my sister has been taking the yeduc pills and she has lost like 35 pounds..so i've decided to take them but i'm afraid they can interfere with a birth control pill im taking. so i was wondering you guys know if it interferes with birth control pills????

The South Beach Diet and Suzanne Somers is good. Both have worked for me anyway. My side affects with the Yudec is the headaches for the first week and has caused serious breakouts for me. I'm in my 40s and have sensitive skin with some breakouts on occasion. But wholly cow, I breakout like a pubescent teenager with this stuff. I noticed that the more water I drank the better I felt, the skin seemed to keep clearer and the weight fell off. Also, please be careful with any strenuous exercise too. Walking and stretching are best on this stuff. I’ve lost 27 lbs. That’s all I wanted in 3 months. I took it slow as to not put it back on and not be flabby. Weight loss is such a personal mission with many motives behind it - Good luck to you all. skin and break out like a pubesent teenager

I started taking YEDUC for one week now. I don't feel any difference?? Other than very dry mouth. I tend to feel hungry much sooner than usual. But I have not lost any weight. I am starting to work out this week. I hope to see a bigger change. I need to loose at least 20lbs in 2 mths.
Does anyone have a good plan I can try to loose as much weight as I CAN??

I started taking this medication only 1 per day 15mg, tomorrow is 3 weeks for me, and I have lost 15 lbs, I am starting to get excited about the weight lose after nothing else worked, I do arm exercises and thigh exercises, I take the pill at 8am and drink lots of fluids during the day-- I have to remind myself to eat--I eat small meals now during the day instead of large meals--no sides effects- & I sleep pretty good!! May you all lose what you want to lose...

I boughtYeduc 15mg sibutramina in Paloma, Mexico, right across the border from Columbus, NM for $ for 30. 17.25. You can park on the US side and walk a block to the pharmacy, which is between the Pink Palace and the Fierro Dental Clinic. btw, Pink Palace is a great place for lunch. Also got a crown with post replaced for $275. at Fierro. Also recommend them. Some English and great dentists.

Kris u should only take one pill of 15mg.
FYI I went to TJ over the weekend. I bought the bottle of 100 pills and it only cost me 30 bucks. I have concern Ive been on the pill for a month now going on my second month and i have only lost around 13 pounds. Is this normal or Im I doing something wrong?? I dont eat past 630, and i eat small portions and drinking A LOT of water and exsercising about 3 times a week for mins.

I just started taking Yeduc, thank god I found something that is working and doesnt' make me feel jittery--the pills are working already, I am not as hungry--and I don't like the sugar like before, even a coca-cola doesn't taste as good as before so I drink less. I need to lose 40 lbs and I feel these pills will help me, I sleep good at nite and do not feel any side effects at all. Heres an example these work: Yesterday I warmed up a Claim Jumpers turkey with stuffing and gravy dinner- I felt full after eating 1/3 of it!!! That is proof enough that my hunger is way less. I am just starting to take this med- anyone know the dosage? Am I just supposed to take one per day? I have taken phentermeme in the past and was on 37.5 mg- so I am not sure if I need to take one or two. Thanks!

Hi cinthia the first 4 days ur still gonna feel a lil hungry.. Just keep taking them and drink lots of water.your not gonna be as hungry as u were be for you took the pill.Just remember to take the pill n a emthy stomach.30 min later eat a good meal and water.and you won be as hungry for luch. munch on few things with water and ill loose ur appite.I use to weight 201 i stared about 3 or 4 weeks ago off and on cuz on weeknds i drink so i stop the pill 3days B4 i drink beer i weight 188.. i feel so good about myself.so good luck.. just keep on taking the pill. sooner ill see results.

For the people who asked me where the pills were purchased for $27, my husband's co-worker said the name of the pharmacy is Farmacia International, and she lives in Playas Mexico (she is not sure of the street name). Also for Sarah, when I first started to take the pills for the 1st month I really had to force myself to eat. I did not have an appetite at all. I am currently on night shift so as soon as I wake up (around 1 pm) I take the pill on an empty stomach, I then work out for 30 mins. I work out everyday. On Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sun, I do cardio (I have an eliptical trainer), and on Tue, Thurs, Sat, I do a toning video with cardio and weights. After I work out I will make a smoothie with yoplait yogurt, strawberrys, 1/2 banana, sometimes mangos, and sometimes pinapple (what ever I have), I will also make a cheese quesadilla. At work I eat lots of fruit (mangos, cherries, etc), sometimes, turkey, cheese, popcorn, etc. I try to eat a well balanced meal, but when you have no appetite it's hard. But like I stated in my comments before, it is important to eat a balanced meal, especially if you go off of the pills because you could gain some of it back. But I will tell you, one of my co-workers has lost almost as much as I have and she did not work out at all. I just feel better when I work out, and I do not want to gain any back, because I only have about three more days, and I will stay off of the pill for a month to let my body rest from the pills. As of today, June 25th I have lost a total of 30 lbs (I started the pill on April 2nd, 2009). So I hope I have answered all questions. Good luck to all.
