Yea hunger has deacreased, very very thirsty,still energetic, and yea tomorrow makes a week of taking yeduc and so far 5 pounds i have lost

What i do is take it first thing in the a.m on a empty stomach witg either a cup of orange juice or lots of water then take a 30 min walk the eat a light breakfast right after then every 2 hours munch on fruits n nuts and stuff.
