so this is my 3rd day not hungry at all dry mouth i usally would crave chips and ext. i pass by them and no craving whats so ever wow it works only thing is that when i see some certain foods i feel like throwing up idk if thats normal so far no side effects only dry mouth and a mild headache

HI i just startded taking yeduc i took it in the morning with a glass of cranberry juice and wooow im not hungry at all i do have dry mouth and lots of energy i feel like running a marathon lol well i weight 186 and hope to go to 120 my normal weight so ill post more ass i progress im so haaaappy

Look up a South Beach Diet...
My routine..
morning.. a healthy big breakfast that ur bkdy coukd rely on during the day.. in beween eat snacks.. carrots.. peas.. fruits.. nite.. i woukd eat just prrotein n veggies if.. i was hungry.. instead i woukd eat a bowl of healthy cereal... or fuit n yogurt.. and huge morning breakfast the next day.. BUT DRINKKKK LOTS OF WATER..
U need to stay away from eatin a full meal if u dont feel hungry.. i dont think thats normal.. pills or no pills..

I ate a tangerine and 8 saltine crakers in the am since I was not hungry then I ate a regular meal like what I usually eat around 3 since I was not hungry at all but it tasted do good It was kind of a big meal I felt like throwing up but didn't then I ate dinner without being hungry and I got the same wanting to throw up feeling! What do you girls recommend to eat

At Monica yes they will make you very thirsty about wanting to vomit.. Don't know maybe you ate more that you needed to 0.o

Monica .. thirst yes. Mame aure u drink lots of water. Throw up i never experience that unless u r not hungry..
again u just never know if its the real thing.

Alma yes its exoensive but its the only pills that work. Ive tried phen without success.
Im gonna try chinito pills for a lil bit.. im lettin my body relax a lil bit from all the pills.

Okay, so I'm going to TJ this weekend....If in case I find a pharmacy that has Yudec....How do I know if they are real or not? How much are they selling them for now? (Geesh, I remember they were $30 a bottle for 100).

Is there anyway to test the powder inside the capsule?

I was about to text you girl! :) damn 200 that's a lot of money! I think he taking advantage of you cause he knows that you live make dollars my friend! You should go back to phentermine, it works for me and it's way cheaper that your dr :} maybe if we talk to the dr. from Mexicali that one that sold me the Yeduc bottles and ask him if he's got something better than Yeduc or maybe a higher dose of phentermine 0.o
