Xylometazoline As Rhinohexal Nasal Spray

I have been given this as a preparation called Rhino hexal for nasal congestion by a greek pharmacist (i'm British on business here - dont speak much greek!), all the instructions are in greek, and i just wanted to know dosage (he said 1 puff 3 hourly) and if its safe

This took some searching, since it's not available in the U.S., but I did find the information for you.

The dosing is actually 1 to 3 puffs every 8 hours in each nostril, as needed.

Side effects may include blurred vision, dizziness, headache and nausea, so you may want to make sure you aren't going to drive after you use it, until you see how it affects you.
