Xtampza Er Or Zohydro

My best friend is trying to go to a weaker medicine but we're not as educated as we wish we were. Which one is stronger, xtampza er or zohydro 40 mg?

The Xtampza ER is stronger, it contains Oxycodone, 6.7mgs of it is equivalent to 10mgs of the Hydrocodone in the Zohydro.

The FDA warns that both medications carry the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
