Such descriptions of symptoms and side effects can be very relative, so I'm not sure what you are referring to as tightness, but yes, if it concerns and worries you, it is always a good idea to consult your doctor.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and easy bruising.
