Hello, Shane! How are you?

As reported by the FDA, that can be a side effect of this medication, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and easy bruising.

It would be best to have it checked out by your doctor to be safe.

Is there anything else I can help with?

Hello, the doc told me it was the oppressor that was causing the swelling. I had been on a constant IV drop for nearly a week as well. Also during that time I had terrific dry mouth and drank constantly. I could hardly move. I think all these factors led to the swelling rather than xarelto. These medications were all new to me.

Hello, the doc told me it was the lopressor that was causing the swelling. I had been on a constant IV drop for nearly a week as well. Also during that time I had terrific dry mouth and drank constantly. I could hardly move. I think all these factors led to the swelling. These medications were all new to me. I'm feeling much better now, thank you!

I finally figured out that the swelling was because of CHF and none of the other stuff I mentioned.

I have been taking Xarelto 15 mg/day for 76 days. I suffered from cellulitis on my left leg. It was treated with criticism, during my cbc it was noted that my platelet count is 97,000 and before Xarelto treatment my platelet count was 155,000. I'm now seeking viewpoints and ways/means for increasing my platelet count.

Despite taking xeralto15 mg for last six months, and experiencing leg cellulitis,5mg/day spiranolactone and wearing low pressure stocking, able to get effective control over swellings.Platelet count increased significantly by taking Papaya and kiwi fruit in diet.
