Xarelto Side Effect

I m 33 H's of PE's. I started Xarelto approximately 2 weeks ago after being taken off Coumadin due to a bleed. I am starting to have a lot of back pain mostly on my left side and incredibly tired. Just wondering if others are experiencing this and if it is something to be concerned about.

Hello, Jules! How are you? I'm sorry about the symptoms you're experiencing.

It's always best to have such symptoms checked out to be safe, but yes, those are typical side effects reported to occur with Xarelto and many other people have posted about experiencing them, too.

The FDA lists the other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dizziness, easy bruising and increased risk of bleeding.
