However, before you adjust your dosage, you should consult your doctor to make sure that it is safe for you to do so. You also need to have the blood in your urine checked out.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, joint/muscle aches and easy bruising.
