Xanax, Ambien, And Valium For Sleep

Can I take .5 mg Xanax one night, .5 Ambien the next night and .5 Valium the next night and continue with that schedule?

I wouldn't. When you take a Benzo, then a non Benzo, then a different Benzo, you are confusing your system as you get used to these medications. It's best not to take any of them as they all work differently, none the less mix them into a Benzo sandwich type schedule
