I think the bottom line is if you got your prescription filled at a licensed pharmacy then they are real and you shouldn't even haven't to question their legitimacy. Although some brands may be weaker than others, it is normal to expect a difference in quality control between different manufacturers.

If you didn't get them filled legitimately then there's no telling if they are fake or real without undergoing a lab analysis. Counterfeits that look identical to the real thing are going around everywhere and the only way to protect yourself is follow the law like every other patient who truly needs this medication. When your health and well-being are on the line, why chance it with anything else?

Having said this, your description may be that of a real xanax pill, but its origin should tell you if you can trust it or not. Be safe out there.

You can tell if you look closely .. the lines aren't as distinct and there are also other obvious signs..

I have to disagree Dave. All the MFG'S are different and use different combinations of active and non active ingredients UPJOHN, GREENSTONE, ACTAVIS, MYLAN. SANDOS IS THE WEAKEST GG249 (GARBAGE) NOW G3722 IN WHITE. GREAT. R309 GREEN GREAT. YELLOW GOOD. WHITE CIRCLE MYLAN break into 4 pieces are OK. This all comes from experience. I would never mislead about pharmaceuticals.

I will have to say all the fake bars I've seen lately look really clean. No flaws and some even taste like them but are way weak or almost nothing. I do have a higher tolerance so that doesn't help my testing but it seems for me at least I've never seen fake yellow or green bars even though I early see them any more

They are definitely the real McCoy. They are .5mg alprazolam tablets. Scammers don't waste their time with small mgs' they go for the biggest stuff to get the most money.

Xanax i heard have like 102% active drug and most generics are allowed to be 10% off of each pill so a bar could be like 20 to 40% off but not by xanax or greenstone for sure they might be near expiration date.
