Wrong Pill

I accidently took a 3rd week pill monday instead of my 2nd week pill thursday. NOt sure where to go from here

Hi Kayde,

Generally when a pill or dose has been missed, it is my opinion that your next step should be going back to the pill or dose that you should have taken and simply starting over from there with the thought in mind that you wont keep missing or taking the wrong dose.

With certain drugs like oral contraceptives, this can be a bit unnerving; but that is why it is important to adhere to the instructions so strictly as compared to other drugs that don't require you take them in an orderly fashion. Have you talked to your doctor or gynecologist about this at all?
