Would Like To Know If This Medicatioin Is Safe

I would like to know if this medication is used for Paniculitus Eyrathema W/ Nodosum. I have a huge flair up going on and I asked my doctor for Hydrocloroquin because that is what I was presribed by another doctor and this is what the hydroxychoroquin is what the pharmacy gave me. Are they the same thing or was I thinking it was spelled and pronounced the wrong way?
