Would Amphetamines Affect Fentanyl For Osteoarthritis?

I have just had a major back op and i need two new hips. I was on 400 ug per day and still in agony. Now I'm on the 125 patch. I didn't want opiates because of the change of physiology. I had encephalitis last June and lost around 4 years of memory. I don't want to go any higher for fear of dying but i have to work. Will amphetamines affect the fentanyl?

Fentanyl is an opiate narcotic. The NIH warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

Amphetamines are stimulants that are used to treat conditions such as ADHD and narcolepsy. What do you think they will do for osteoarthritis?

They help you move, get going. I completely understand. I have severe degenerative osteoarthritis in my left hip.Without it I would have lost my ability to walk by now I believe. Keeps me going
