I used to take Low-Ogestrel as my birth control but then switched to the Brazilian equivalent of Femodene (it is called Diminut there but the hormone levels are the same as that of Femodene). I had no problems with my first pack, but towards the end of my second pack I started to experience breakthrough bleeding. It was light at first, but now I am almost halfway through my third pack and the bleeding is daily, continuous, and heavy. It is not a red flow but very dark and viscous. I do not know what to do to make it stop. It seemed to stop for a day after my actual period during the inactive time but then it started again and got worse. I have been prescribed Predmet 4mg Tablets 2 tablets each day for 3 days. I have a fungul infection in my ear which is inflamed and the ear discharges when I am asleep. I have trouble hearing because of the constant wetness in my ear and this drug was prescribed. I have also been prescribed two other tablets Forcan-150mg(Fluconazole) 3 tablets 1 a day nd Atarax 10mg 15's to take 1 a day for 10 days. I am concerned about Predmet 4mg as i cannot find any information aboit its use. I am prescribed climagest and get 3 months supply on one prescription. Is the cost £7.40 or more because of teh different tablets in the blister pack? My pharmacy suggests two payments necessary(£14.80) ## Climagest is a hormone replacement therapy, which contains Estradiol and Norethisterone. As to the price, that is going to vary from pharmacy to pharmacy and by location. However, yes, it is normal to have to pay for more than one, if you are picking up a supply for more than one month. I used Progesterone for 2 months and developed leg cramps shortly after using. They only got worse so I was told to discontinue this but wonder how long before the leg cramps go away? ## Leg cramps and spasms, normal walking impossible, leg muscles weak and not responsive because normal passive messages not being communicated properly. Hypertensive medication and/or medication for cholesterol is responsible for this condition in all cases where this side effect applies. I''ve had some relief after many years with my current prescription medication, namely vasocardol am, karvezide pm.
