However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one." I am on APO-MEDROXY 10 mgs once a day for post menopausal abnormal bleeding. can this pill be cut in half and only 1/2 taken daily ? ## How long have you been taking it? Has it helped the bleeding, so far? You should probably consult your doctor, before making any changes to the dosage. Hi, am looking frwrd to get conceived.when i consulted a Gynecologist, she put me on Regesterone-5mg for 20 days- 2 tabs daily(thats from 5th day of my last periods till 24th day). After stopping regesterone intake, exactly after 2 days, that is on the 27th day, i got my cycles. I did not have the usual more flow which i used to have every time also didn't experience much pain as usual. Will you plz confirm if these kind of changes in cycles are normal after the intake of the tablet. i am about to switch from Avaine 28 to microgestin Fe 1/20 . I really like the Avaine and have gotten used to it but no longer have insurance and are able to get the BC from planned parenthood. Im wondering if this will be a good replacement and what should i expect from switching? ## Well, the Microgestin contains Norethindrone and Ethinyl Estradiol, where in place of the former the Aviane contained Levonorgestrel. They work the same, but it really depends on your body and how it reacts to these specific hormones. Are they gluten free? ## Hi Michelle, After looking at an ingredient profile of Prenatal Plus, I can determine that gluten or wheat is not listed on there with the other vitamins and minerals. However their ingredient profile does not list the "inactive ingredients", where as the addition of things like gluten or wheat might be found, if it does contain it. Hi I found this white pill with a capital N on one side and 10 on the other side what could it be ## This white pill is Canadian and made by Novopharm. It's actually one of two drugs with the same imprint (both being white and round): If the N is very fat and looks embedded then it's 10mg of Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex), an antiestrogen drug. If the N is normal looking then it's 10mg of Domperidone (Novo-Domperidone), a gastrointestinal drug. There's other N 10 imprints but they're different colors. Novopharm is bad about ambiguous imprints; they have at least 10 different N 10 pills that I'm aware of. I hope this helps narrow it down for you!

Do any of the following drugs have cough as a side affect: Premarin, Nexium, Detrol LA, or Alendronate? ## My doctor priscribed Ramistar 2.5, Cardace-5 and Telma-40 for my BP in the range of 140/100 to 160/110. All these 3 drugs showed the side effect of dry cough. Hence, now I have been advised to take Amlong-2.5 for High BP. my is wife taking PROGYNOVA 2mg on alternate days,can she consume FLUIMUCIL A 600 her mucous problem. ## Progynova contains the active ingredient Estradiol Valerate. Fluimicil-A contains Acetylcysteine. I didn't find any interactions listed between them, but she should check with her doctor to be sure that it is safe for her to do so. Exactly what is this antibiotic for and is it a broad spectrum antibiotic? I got it today for vaginal infection which I stuggle to get rid off. I gave birth 9 months ago to my first baby thru a c-section and have been bleeding non stop since. My doctor has given me pills and injections to stop the bleeding but it hasn't stopped. A friend says I should do a womb scrub.
