Without Period At All

Hi! My daughter is 19 yrs. old she didn't have her period at all. She's thin and hyper active. I took her to the Dr. The Dr. Prescribed her a pills twice and nothing happened. I have my sister her period came when she was 20, yrs. old. So I wait maybe she heredited from her. Pls. Give me an advice what to do. The Dr. Check her uterus size is 5.5 which he said is little bit small , and she ovulate but she have some cyst in one ovary. It was shown in scan. I'm so confused what to do. I gave her some vitamins c, parsley tea or fresh, and sometimes ginger tea. And a warm bath every other day . And more vegetables and fruits. She is healthy but little bit thin. Pls. Help me some advise what to do . Thank you so much.
