Withholding Medication

Withholding medication as a form of punishment, my clinic will "Sanction" your dose for that day if 1 drug test you took 5 days ago comes back dirty. When you walk in that day they make you talk to the doctor. They then dip test you again on the spot. But even if your system is clear of the drug, if they still want to they can Sanction your dose for that day. At most clinics if you don't pass your test they raise your dose. This is Yuma, Arizona. I ran into the director of my old clinic. He said "giving or withholding medication as a form of punishment is illegal." I tried to find the law he was talking about to no avail.
